Thanks** A: No, basically it just cleans off surface dirt **Q: my white gold diamond ring has tarnished already, does this get rid of the yellow tinge/tarnish.** A: Not really, I was told by a jeweller that all white gold yellows eventually. Jewellers can restore the whiteness at a cost, I was quoted around £40 from memory, so I bought this stuff and it certainly improved the appearance of my rings, the cloth was black first time I used it! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/59557886-white-gold-polish-and-cleaner-platinum-and-rhodium-safe-formula](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/59557886-white-gold-polish-and-cleaner-platinum-and-rhodium-safe-formula) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
