works like a charm.Easy to move when in use. If you are trying to lift into position easier to use the mat.

Helping hand
My mum is always having falls and the dead weight makes it difficult when trying to get her up - since we’ve had this been much easier and also means we’re not hurting her by pulling at her arms/legs to get her up
