O aparelho chegou com avaria, porém recebi o contato da empresa fabricante do aparelho, querendo saber a respeito. E resolveram a situação pra mim. Estou impressionada, pois não é algo que seja praticado no Brasil, realmente a empresa Waykar sabe fazer pós venda. Obrigada.

I’ve been using this Waykar dehumidifier for about a year. It’s a powerful machine that pulls a lot of moisture out of my space and runs quietly when operating as intended. It is easy to empty and has a way to auto-dispense water if you have the correct space for it. It's easy move around and carry as well as a good size to fit into most rooms. Very easy to use machine! Recently, my original unit had a mechanical failure. I contacted their support team and worked with a representative named Tina. I was impressed that they honored my 2-year registered warranty immediately. Although the first replacement arrived with shipping damage, Waykar was incredibly fast in sending out another unit to make it right. It is rare to find a company that stays this committed to a customer until the problem is fully resolved. The 3rd unit is working perfectly and I’m very happy with the performance. If you want a brand that actually stands behind their warranty, I highly recommend Waykar.

It's a nice dehumidifier. Comparatively more quiet, more efficient and cheaper than many others. Only downside is such a small tank capacity. In my situation I needed to put it into a store room that had no drain. So placed it on a table* and led the drain tube into a 5-gallon bucket. But I also made an automatic shutoff (shuts power off at the electrical outlet to the unit, OR you could also wire it into the unit itself) using a float sensor, low voltage relay switch, low voltage power supply and small power strip. All inexpensive parts, and you can assemble your own shut -off if you don't empty your bucket when it's full (you can use any size bucket you want). I mounted my float switch in a 14-inch x 1 inch wide x 1/8 inch thick piece of aluminum stock (hole drilled in, can use wood) so I can very easily just remove it (it lays across top of bucket) it and put aside across a smaller container/bucket as I empty the bigger bucket. (You can also use the bucket lid or attach it some other way if you want.) I consulted Grok for parts list, instructions and wiring diagram. I don't have any specialized skills. So now I can use a small quiet cheaper dehumidifier in a place where there's no drain. And not have to lead long hoses, use a separate condensate pump, or drill holes in walls to reach the next room, etc. We shall see how the Waykar works out but so all is well. Even without the float sensor gizmo, the 5-gallon bucket idea is one that anyone can use immediately. Just see how long it takes to empty a certain amount of moisture from the air in the room and easily calculate how long you have until your chosen bucket reaches full (which I did the first week). Either way it works well. * PS: I removed the 4 caster wheels. Also, I plan to move the dehumidifier to a slightly different position on a bit lower platform to free up the table and perhaps gain a few percent "humidity sucking at a slightly lower altitude" but that's neither here nor there. Main thing is that you can set up with a bucket right away, and come back if desired with the rest of the plan later.

By far, the best dehumidifier. You can set the humidity level on the panel. I’ve had this for just about 2 years and it’s still functioning as expected. It shuts off when it reaches the desired limit or when it’s full. It does give off some hot air but it’s not enough to increase the overall temperature in the home. Makes a significant impact in the comfort of our home. I have it in the living room, away from the thermostat. Effective for 2000sq ft, open living space. Buying another for the master bedroom.

I purchased this dehumidifier back in January 2023, and it’s still working great—literally saving my house from humidity and mold! My house gets extremely humid during the winter, to the point where I had to open the windows wide even when it was freezing outside. The biggest issue was overnight. With the heater on, everything would get foggy while we slept. Every morning, I’d see condensation all over the windows, and no matter how often I deep-cleaned, mold would show up almost every week. After searching for a long time, I finally found this one, and honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I set it to 55% and let it run overnight, and by morning the room feels completely different. I love that it automatically stops when it reaches the desired humidity and turns back on when needed. It collects A LOT of water—like, where is all this water even coming from?! It also has wheels on the bottom, which makes it super easy to move. I roll it between our bedroom and the kids’ room and usually run it for about an hour with the timer while I clean in the morning. We’ve been mold-free ever since, and no more musty smells! Recently, one part broke because my kid forced the water tray closed. I reached out to the seller expecting the worst, but they actually responded quickly. Their customer service is GREAT—even though it’s been 3 years since I purchased it. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a solid, reliable dehumidifier!
