Wonderful idea, and even better put to the test. Takes any paper towel size I've put up (although stay away from those industrial rolls of course). It has handled normal weight as well as pulling/yanking as well, so the adhesive that comes with it works FLAWLESSLY. I have not had need to screw it in yet, and I don't see that happening in the near future. The size works REALLY well for our space. Before, we were using one of the more traditional-styled holders, and it took up counter space that was really needed in our small apartment. But this is so much better sized, and having this hanging instead of on a counter spares space we otherwise needed for meal prepping and whatnot. The installation is super easy, like I said before, we used the adhesive strip that came with it, and it stayed on this whole time so far. We've probably gone through about ten rolls since purchase, no issues whatsoever. Just remember, if you have stuff on the counter, like say, a spice rack, make sure to install this the correct direction...and by that I mean the roll should not come out or go in from the same direction of an item that's blocking it. The adhesive is already on and we got a shorter spice rack, but that first week...I didn't notice I installed it "backward" until we finally put a roll on, and yeah...it was an experience. :P All in all, an EASY five stars!

Fits perfict

I'm not very impressed with this item. My dad loves it, but me...can't stand it. I go for 1 sheet & half the roll comes flying out. My dad said I'm not doing it right & it works just fine for him. He's 71yrs old, I'm 41yrs old...if that help in your decision on this item. It looks nice & its easy to install, if u don't lose those tiny special screws, which I did. All 2 of them. I couldn't cost to throw a couple extra in the pack. The 2nd pic I took is where the special screw goes. It kinda looks like that, but much smaller. So the paper towel holder isn't sturdy. Its not going anywhere, but it has a sway. Its now sagging downward. Huge waste of money. The longer u have it, the worse this item becomes!

Great idea. Saves counter space. Pressed onto our cabinets and has been easy to use. We put ours on the side.
