Great Grill!
While a hassle to set up the instructions were clear and simple enough that most could handle without issue. Its easy to clean, looks great and the option of both gas and charcoal/wood is wonderful! Definitely a worthwhile investment.

High quality grill. It has the best of both worlds
It's really sturdy compared to my old charcoal grill. It took me 1 hours to assemble this time. It has a charcoal side, a gas side , and a side burner too. I cooked on both sides at once,This is a fantastic, high quality grill. It has the best of both worlds, propane and charcoal option when grilling. The burners turn on instantly and has more cooking space than we thought! It heats evenly and gets up to grilling temperature quickly.A built-in thermometer monitors the temperature in real-time to helping the grilled items achieve the perfect doneness, and the side burner is much more convenient that I ever would have thought about. One of the standout features of this grill is its four-burner design, offering ample cooking space for preparing multiple items simultaneously. This is especially useful when you're having friends oven or a birthday party. It's on wheels, which makes it easy to move around, a great feature for those who might need to store it away after use The 42,000 BTU output ensures efficient heat distribution and faster cooking times, allowing you to achieve that perfect sear on your steaks or burgers. easy to clean as material is stainless steel. Highly recommended.

Don’t buy this! Invest in something of higher qualities if you can!
Piece of crap! I’m so disappointed in myself for thinking something cheaper would be better. I can not get the charcoal side to go up or down. It worked one time and now it doesn’t. I’m still searching online and looking at the product to see how to fix it with no results so far. Also there is no way to control the heat. Yes it has vents but unlike my charbroil grill I had (thankfully I still have it even if the grill pan is totally eaten through… it still works!) the vents do not help regulate the heat. The thin metal it’s made of is the price I paid I guess. Very disappointing. I bought in April but didn’t have a chance to use it until mid June. The return date expired.

Large, Versatile Grill – Worth the Assembly Effort!
The Sophia & William dual-fuel charcoal and propane grill is a fantastic addition to any backyard setup. While assembly took some time, the final result was well worth the effort. The grill is very spacious, making it ideal for large gatherings. The dual-fuel design is a major advantage—charcoal for smoky flavors and propane for quick, efficient grilling. The added side burner is also a great feature, allowing you to cook side dishes simultaneously. Assembly does require patience, as there are many parts to put together, but once completed, the grill is sturdy and well-built. The storage space underneath is convenient for tools and fuel, and the wheels make it easy to move around. Overall, this grill is a high-value purchase for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. If you don’t mind the initial setup, it’s a solid choice!

Nice grill. a little on the small side.
Nice grill, Holds steady heat and cooks evenly. Sturdy material and everything fits well when assembling. Make sure you follow the directions and dont tighten everything down until the end. Assemby took about 2 hours and I needed a second person for one step. All parts fit perfectly and it is a solid grill. It comes packed very well and there was no damage to any parts from transit. It came from NJ to Chicago. Pros: Heats evenly, heavy duty casters makes it easy to move, solid build, easy clean out, Good value for the price Cons: Assembly is a little difficult and vents are a little thin material wise. update 3 months later: Pro's: Holds heat well , cooks evenly and has less flare ups than my last grill Easy to clean Easy to move around (if needed) The charcoal tray raises and lowers, nice feature that give you better control when cooking. Con's: Slow to heat up on propane side ( takes much longer than my previous grill) Barely makes 500 degrees (not great for searing) The tray for coals is perforated steel so about 50-60% of the ashes stay on the tray and dont get to the clean out tray. The front slide vent on charcoal side is useless My previous grill was a chargriller charcoal/ propane combo. I could have purchased this one again for less $. Its a toss up between the 2. The Chargriller was much larger and lasted me over 10 years. I dont think this grill will match that.

Small size and leakage off oil coming out of grilling meat
The way product advertized, looks like the best gril. But lots of problem with this gril. First biggest problem is assembly. So I called some one to assemble this very complicated grill. I have given $ 80.00. Once assembled , did not like at all. Area for gril is small. And burner temperature is not uniform. Once starte grilling , all oil falls down from right corner of the gril on floor. Destroyed my floor. And side of the grill. Plate underneath does not catch all the oil properly. And it get so hot that it burned my thumb. I was not informed that gonna happened. Next problem is the warming area beside the gril area is completely un necessary since it feel wired with grill area. I have called them to return this grill. I was asked to rerun to mail. Now this grill is full assembled and I had to disassemble and pack to return. Manufacturer has given me some discount. But it's not enough. I lost so much money and it's all headache. Please do not buy this product I have attached vedio for u to review . I hope Amazon and manufacturer take full responsibility of this bad product and refund for my damages and damage to my thumb and back yard floor. Thanks

Decent but a little flimsy
My husband's a manly man. He's gotta cook his meat on a grill with a cigar in the mouth. That said, on paper this grill looks incredible, but like most non American made things, it is extremely poor quality. If you just bbq every blue moon, I'm sure this will be fine. But if you're big on grilling and it's a regular part of life, unfortunately you're going to have to spend quite a bit more on something better. You think for this price point it would be decent, which is why we got it, but it just frustrates him and he simply doesn't like it. He said he doesn't like how small the cooking area is (this is just for us two and our two babies, not even get togethers) and the heat shields are not secure at all, they move dramatically each time you're messing with the food on it. Unfortunately it was a gift so I had it prior to him being able to test it out and we missed the return window. I contacted the sellers and they weren't able to accept the return but did compensate elsewhere and I appreciate that. So like I said, if BBQing is a big part of your life. Invest in something that's higher quality.

Great Grill
I Love Love Love this grill durable cooks evenly. I have seen bad reviews and honestly i believe they just built it wrong. Building was better than expected i did most of it myself just had help with the heavy top piece placement only! The only bad opinion is that the bun warmer turnes yellowish brown with heat on 1st use.
