These did great while I was pregnant. Only complaint is the container and the pills have a VERY strong lemon smell. Luckily I put them in my pill box for the week and so it’s not so bad after it’s been a few days of being out of the original container. When you swallow it you have a slight lemon taste but it’s not bad. Just weird. Overall I was super happy with it. The pills were not huge and they were easy to swallow.

These are sooo easy to take. I take several prenatal supplements now and as someone who hates taking pills it’s not very fun. These go down so easily and taste great too. Not sure about performance yet because I haven’t been taking them long but I have high hopes!

The lemon flavor is better but still makes me nauseous . How ever I believe that’s just a me thing .

I wanted to be more intentional about getting enough choline during pregnancy, especially since I noticed it isn’t regularly included in many prenatals. I took this choline supplement while trying to conceive, then all throughout pregnancy, and now while breastfeeding. The flavor is honestly awful, especially while pregnant and especially in the first trimester. I gagged and threw it up several times. The flavor still bothered me all throughout the rest of my pregnancy, and now it isn’t quite as revolting but the flavor and smell is still gross to me. I really wish they came in a mint flavor like some of their other vitamins, because the citrus is so gross for some reason. Also, if I wasn’t careful about eating and drinking a lot of water with it specifically in the first trimester I got gross fishy/citrus burps. The other choline supplement I tried had issues with quality control, so I kept coming back to ritual. The bottles of ritual choline would occasionally have a broken capsule that got the disgusting taste all over the rest of the capsules, but overall the quality control was fine.
