Its very durable, easy to assemble, it took me around 30-45 minutes to assemble alone. It's also not as heavy and can be moved easily, and surprisingly very sturdy. Good for dips, pull ups, chins ups and u can do elevated push ups below. So overall fantastic. I also added my own elastic bands to it ( not included) and it works good for stretching and doing tricep pull down etc obv it won't be heavy. But overall 5/5.
