A potent and effective product. Solubilized in olive oil - dry tablets and capsules offer much lower bioavailability than this. The manufacturer could add 5mg of bioperine/black pepper extract which would aid absorption still further.

Purchase for help with hbp... this works very well with lowering mine but can prevent deep sleep as it makes you alert...I find I was up until 1 or 2am..each night so I take one week then rest the next...also ask your medical advisor before taking as not for everyone.,and I'm no medical advisor...it just work for my body as pharmaceutical drugs caused to much nasty side effects...this just keeps me awake...so you need to decide...but it works

This CoQ10 works very well for me in stopping the little heart stutters I have that baffle the docs. The seller is very reliable and prompt. In addition to the good price. Very pleased.

I've been taking Q10 for a number of years to help with my energy levels. These supplements can be quite expensive, and although not very cheap, I find the Zenement's 200mg 120 softgels good value, especially with the 'subscribe and save' discount. I also like that they are made with organic extra virgin olive oil and unlike some other brands, the softgels are compact in size and easy to swallow.Edit: these are excellent but I have found on Amazon a comparable product, British-made and over 30% cheaper... it's a big price difference, so I've switched brands.
