Purchased for my recent vacation a could not be happier!! Great price and did an amazing job on my outfits. So compact, lightweight and very well made! Removed any wrinkles effortlessly and I did not have any leakage at all!

I work remotely on an island and wash my uniform in a washer/dryer so it is always very wrinkled, no matter what. I purchased this and it is amazing! It heats up quickly, works very well, getting the wrinkles out in less than 3 minutes and I can steam about 3 very wrinkled shirts with one refill of water. I highly recommend this. For travel it would take up some space, but I can't really imagine that it could work as well if it was smaller, so well worth the space. In saying that, it is not very big, just not tiny. It is super simple to use. You literally switch it on and after a few seconds, when it is warmed up, you select the mode (some steam, more steam or dry) and use it. I hang my shirts on a hanger and steam it upright, but it can definitely be used on a flat surface as well as like an iron. Cord is quite long, about 2 meters.

I bought this prodect to replace my current steamer, whis is a much smaller and simpler type. I tried this steamer on my clothes with different materials, and it worked like a magic. The steam is powerful and works fast to reduce wrinkles on the clothes. Although I don't mind it much, I do feel that it uses up the water very fast though.

The steamer was shipped in a nice box. The use of the steamer was simple and effective. It helped with the removal of wrinkles. The heat up time was about 15 seconds which went by quickly and did not have any loud noises from the machine other than the steam. It was easy to use, lightweight, and effective.

Don’t let the size fool you—this steamer works great. It heats up fast and smooths out wrinkles quickly. The 2-in-1 design is super convenient, and it’s perfect for packing light. Highly recommend for travel.

So glad I purchased for our trip to Europe! Perfect compact size, great steam output kept my clothes wrinkle free and looking great! This is a wonderful steamer to have at home or when you travel. Heat up time is fast too!

Great for travel and home use. Heats fast, excellent removing wrinkles, Works universal. No need for an iron at home anymore. I tried two other travel steamers and both were disappointing. This steamer exceeded my expectations.

It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

3 months in and steamer just stopped working. All troubleshooting failed. Note: if you buy on Amazon the manufacturer will not issue refused based on the 1 year warranty.

I think this was one of the best irons for travellers. It was simple with multi selections of dry or steam ironing. Simple to use.

Great look and quality. Very nice design and compact for packing. The steam is great. It worth the price.

J&R product is very good. I find the design, finishing and colour classy & elegant. Personally, like the optionality of Dry Iron + Steamer which many other portable garment steamers lack. I find the product ergonomic for it's size. An area of improvement/recommendation - There is a constant sound of what I believe is the motor pumping the water. Would be great to have that minimised/eliminated. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with J&R's customer service & centricity. I faced a problem with the product and they were quick & courteous with their response. Their great customer services did stand out of the crowd. A special shoutout to Jaina from their team who was handling this matter. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
