Bought this as a kit for testosterone injections, works great to hold vials, bandaids,and sharps. Is a hard enough case that I don't worry about its contents being damaged. Bonus was while I don't need the ice packs my friend is diabetic and was able to use them.

Ice packs do not keep cold for more than 4 hours.
Ice packs do not stay cold for longer than 4 hours and the outer shell is not well insulated. Quality definitely matches the price for this product.
