I’ve used GuruNanda for YEARS, because it works amazing!! Here’s some pro’s & cons to consider when purchasing. Pro: Whitens teeth naturally Tastes like mint and fresh Makes breath fresher Each purchase comes with a toothbrush, tongue scraper and special floss. Noticeable difference in gum sensitivity and tooth color Tongue scraping makes for long lasting fresh breath Cons: Taste isnt for everyone Is oily (obviously) Some Cant handle swishing for long periods (it takes time to adjust) It can get pricey The floss can hurt at first, gums may even bleed The toothpaste (recommended for after oil pulling) tastes … interesting to say the least. If you can look past certain aspects- your mouth will certainly thank you for it. Ive gotten many compliments for my teeth being so white- even when i smoked cigs. People always said my teeth looked amazing. I was a heavy coffee drinker and light smoker. Even after switching to vape, my mouth is always fresh. Ive graduated to a 5 min swish- i do them daily (only supposed to 3 x / wk) and i follow with the gurunanda toothpaste, but my teeth and gums are fine. If you need results this is the best option to go with. You will not regret it at all. Oh and buy the value box- it makes more sense $$ wise. Thank me later.

I wish there were more stars to select! This product is amazing!!! Can't say enough good things about the pulling oil. It truly works and pulls stuff that brushing alone misses. I have bought several bottles of the pulling oil and I highly recommend it. This is Guru Nanda's best product in my opinion but I love all their products

Impossible to open, gets oily, even more impossible to open. Sitting here in frustration over cleaning it, using paper towels to help me be able to get a grip, the squeeze and twist cap is a mess, I'm frustrated, I want to finish my routine before my date, and there's some sort of suction effect in the cap after I shook it to mix it. Cap stuck mid twist over the bump so pinching barely does anything. My break from the exhaustion is writing this. Idk why such a frustrating cap was put on when it could have been a regular hinge cap like the last one. I get stopping children from being able to open it but anyone being able to open it is already a challenge. Not buying a different product because I love this one and it whitens my teeth and everything just dear lord

I will always have a bottle of this in my bathroom cabinet and as my oral health routine. Fantastic stuff!

This stuff works great and the taste is actually pleasant. My routine is to pull, rinse with water, and then brush my teeth immediately after. My mouth feels so much healthier since I started doing this. Highly recommend!

Mouthwash is wonderful. 3 stars because the measurements on the cap are almost impossible to read and the little they have left in it leaks down the sides.

I’ve been using this oil pulling mouthwash for 2-3 years now. It’s gotten rid of the plaque, whitens my teeth and freshens my breath.

First time oil pulling. Well actually I did use a UK supermarket product back in the day but it was a lower quality pull than this. Can see the visible carnage that is removed from my teeth (yuck lol) I use a yogurt plastic container to spit into then I can discard the whole thing and replace. Not the greatest part of the experience but otherwise it works really well. At bed time I take a swig and swish it around while I take a pee. Then sublet minute or two before spitting, then rinse and brush. Easy. On alternative nights I floss instead so a good balance in the week. Visibly whiter teeth too (I drink lots of coffee and tea)
