## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone else have an issue with getting it open?**
A: You can cut out the bottom part of the cap at about 1/16th of an inch from the bottom if it does not loosen up when you twist.  I open it using one of these rubber pieces you buy to open a bottle.

**Q: Would it help for the lump on my guinea pig's armpit?**
A: I don't know. If the lump is the result of allergies it may help. This item stops itching due to allergies, and when they stop itching the wounds heal. I don't know why a guinea pig would have a lump? It sound like you should have a vet take a look if it does not go away in a few days. Under arms on humans contain our lymphatic ducts, I don't know if that is the same for guinea pigs. If it is, massage and make sure they are drinking water and getting exercise should help. But I don't know much about these little guys. I hope your little one gets well. Good luck.

A: No side effects that we had noticed

**Q: How is this different than the feline version of the skin & itch product?**
A: The ingredients. For one the feline version has arsenicum alb in it.
