Does it come with staples?

I don't think so it's a long time ago now since I got this, the product description says box contents: 1 Tacker, so I'd order a box of staples to be safe!

Will this take a 4mm staple or is 6mm the minimum leg length?

I use the recommended Rapesco S13060Z3 Galvanised Staples 13/6 mm. I hope that helps.

I purchased 2 of these on the 28th September last year. How long is the warranty as 1 of them fell apart this morning?

I'm afraid I don't know. I've had mine for five years, used it a lot and it's still perfect.
