We had purchased this product on 28 May 2024. It was working perfectly fine. Now the machine has stopped working and I am trying to get in touch with company so I can get the machine checked and fixed. There is no way I can get in touch with anyone. Please could you help me out with this.

I brought this for my 3 kittens. Before this my kittens were very scared of fur grooming because of the noise made by the previous shaving device. But now they won't even wake up from their sleep when I'm trimming their fur. Good for people with pets that have more fur and need frequent grooming. Saves a lot of money from outside grooming. It doesn't take much time either. Easy 5 stars

Very useful for pet parents having hairy pets. Easy to use n handle. Could hv been little more silent but better than many other options.
