I bought this type of brace at my Doctors office. It had to be laced up from the bottom up, making it almost impossible for someone in their 70’s with back problems to lace up. This design, where the laces were attached to a Velcro strap, I knew would be easier to put on . For those of us with that have problems reaching our feet these are the answer. However, I like it so much I just bought another and found this one was smaller and the laces barely reached.

My left foot was suddenly giving out on me causing me to grab on to anything nearby to keep from falling down. I’m 74 and falling down isn’t something I want to experience. My orthopedic surgeon took Xrays and told me the arthritis in my feet was quite severe and was the reason for the foot giving out accompanied with severe pain. I was advised to purchase an ankle brace to stabilize my foot and ankle. I tried perhaps fifteen different ones offered on Amazon, but this one by Fitomo is the champ! When I am wearing it with sturdy running shoes my foot is stable and secure. Not once has my foot given out on me while wearing this brace. There are five different straps that secure this comfortable brace to the foot, but it becomes quite easy to do with one or two practice sessions and I have arthritis in my hands. I feel safe and secure now to do something as simple as walking. I highly recommend this brace!

As a foot brace expert (not really, I’ve just worn a bunch of different ones as I transition from a boot as my broken ankle heals), this one is my favorite. I was worried since it wasn’t a traditional lace up model it wouldn’t be tight enough, but it actually cinches in more tightly than the lace ups. Having the Velcro makes it easy to adjust and remove, and the straps actually stay put once you fasten them. I can wear it all day comfortably and it fits in my sneaker (if you loosen the laces). Works great on my wide foot and provides great stability.

Very happy with this brace. Ordered it because the one I was given at the doctor was too small and very pleased with size comfort and quality! So much more comfortable than the one the doctor office gives out. Definitely worth the buy. Has the right amount on compression and support & I love that the new lace strap is so adjustable. I’m a size 8 in shoe and got medium. Doctor had given me a small and was too tight.

I previously bought a very expensive specialist support which was difficult to get on and sometimes came loose mid match. This Fitomo support is simply very well thought through, much easier to put on, firm but comfortable hold and stays done up the whole time. I have just bought a second one

Currently wearing this 6 weeks after breaking my ankle. It provides great support & makes my ankle feel secure. I can fit my foot inside my Skechers with this brace on quite comfortably although I’ve not tried with any of my other shoes. Definitely worth what I paid & i’d recommend to others. Do make sure you measure your foot correctly beforehand. I got the medium due to the swelling around my ankle at the time but I could easily fit into the small now.

Me ha ido genial. Me dolía mucho el tobillo izquierdo y después de un sólo día con la tobillera ya no me duele nada. El problema es que ahora me está empezando a doler el tobillo derecho. Al final tendré que comprar otro para llevar los dos, verás, verás.
