Works with PlayStation 4 pro and PlayStation 5 on my laptop screen using OBS Studio software. Just follow the instruction card inside the box nothing else. Little bit pricey but does the job. Full HD 1080p for 60Hz. 4k at 30Hz I haven't tried to be honest. My laptop screen is just 1080p and it works.

The adapter records only in resolution 1080p and not 2k as mentioned in the listing of the product, the same is written on the box. It gets real hot when recording and stops sending signals to OBS immediately, OBS screen also gives this error message with "no signal" in English and Chinese language.

It quickly delivered the results I was looking for, making it a valuable addition to my setup. ​However, there is a significant drawback that users should be aware of: the device gets extremely hot during sustained operation. It reaches a temperature that is concerning to the touch and requires careful placement to ensure adequate ventilation. If the manufacturer could address the heat management, this would be a five-star product, but for now, the temperature is definitely a limiting factor.

Awesome for gaming at 1080p! I have been gaming on my PS5 while plugged into my laptop. Quality is great, Runs at 60hz like said and is easy to setup and use. It was compatible with my laptop using OBS and I have had no problems so far! 10/10 for the price and quality.
