MegaFood Relax + Calm Magnesium Complex, Grape, 60 Soft Chews

I love how easy it is to control your dosage. I have tried other magnesium pills that work great but if I don't have 9 hours to dedicate to sleep I feel sluggish the next day. With these sometimes I will take only 1 chew when I only have time for let's say 6 hours of sleep. After taking MegaFood Relax magnesium I get the deepest sleep. I feel refreshed the next morning. My mind feels clear! No more brain fog! These also taste amazing. I use them as a dessert right after dinner. I was worried the "grape" taste would remind me of that awful childhood tylenol "purple" flavor. Not these!

I am going through Menopause and I do not like taking pills. The chews are flavorful, i.e., grape flavor is what it reminds me of. I have more tolerance for things and people that were irritating to me and I sleep better. Its better to subscribe and save ladies.

I have ordered these consistently for two years, they are very tasty and relax me before bed. I personally find them to alleviate muscle tension.

I’m not sure if these help with getting tired, but they taste really good, so I like them. The only reason I’m not going to stick with these is the sugar content. They’re too sugary. But if you want a kid to take magnesium, these should do the trick.

As with most supplements, the anticipated timeframe for the full effect to surface is generally around 4-6 weeks, so I am glad to see that my body is already responding well to this supplement. Magnesium can be tricky, because it often causes undesired side effects in the stomach, such as nausea or diarrhea. But I knew with choosing Megafood that this was going to be a really well rounded formula that had minimal to no side effects. I have had some loose stools and a few headaches, but nothing overwhelming or completely bothersome. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Megafood as a company. The product is good and it works, when you receive one while it's still good! I got this a week ago and immediately noticed an off taste. Had been having new GI effects since taking this new batch but the sticker said it was still good. The sticker Amazon had placed on it. I peeled that off and the product was months expired written on the actual bag. Luckily magnesium isn't toxic and it's likely just the additives that make up the gummy irritating my stomach- but still, not happy! I had been on a monthly subscription of this and have never had this issue?

they are alright if u want a tasty snack has a really good hint of grape at the start and the end kinda feels wierd but they taste pretty good i kinda felt a bit relaxed not really recommended for people who want the full effect of the vitamins
