I've used this product before, both on a garage roof and a flat roof extension. It's quick and easy to apply and it works. In my experience it's been good for a couple of years (but I guess a lot depends on the condition of your flat roof before application). If they called it "Thompsons 2 year roof seal" I'd give 5 stars. Nonetheless, a good product! 👍

I’m very pleased with this sealer as it is very easy to spread with a roller over a flat surface like my garage roof. It does need two coats to be sure of a good sealed finish. This is the third time I’ve used it over the years and it’s always worked out well. I’d recommend it.

Great stuff , used it on my garage roof 13 years ago and now need to do it again, spreads easy, looks good and crucially last 10 years. I received the package look well packed, but inside the parcel the top & lid were damaged with slight leakage itll do the job and there wasnt much leakage. So wasnt a big issue. Given the other comments the company need to sort out their delivery process.

I have purchased this item a few times, I find this product easy to apply with a good finish
