Love it! It is very similar with epsom salt, and it contains magnesium. It smells really good too!

They dissolve well
I do wish the flakes were a bit smaller, but when mixed with hot water and stirred, they dissolve very well! I just added a few drops of essential oil for scent.

Works well for me
I am quite pleased with this magnesium. Bag can be resealable. Ive been making a magnesium oil and adding it to an unscented lotion. I apply to bottom of my feet and my knee and hip ( that has arthritis).
