Lamicall Bike Phone Holder Motorcycle Mount - One-Hand Operation, Lockable

I have been using this phone holder on my bike, and it has worked well for keeping my phone where I can see it while riding. The mount feels sturdy without adding a lot of bulk to the handlebars, and the phone holder has a clean, simple design. The clamping mechanism holds the phone securely, and the one hand operation makes it easy to put the phone in or take it out. Once adjusted to the phone size, the side grips hold it firmly without making the installation complicated. After riding with it, I appreciated that I can make quick adjustments without having to stop and fuss with the mount. The phone stays positioned where I set it, and the holder has not worked loose from normal riding. The ability to rotate the phone is also useful when changing between portrait and landscape orientation. As with any handlebar mount, taking a few minutes to tighten everything properly is important before heading out. For anyone who wants a simple phone holder that is easy to operate and keeps the phone accessible while riding, this has been a useful addition to my bike.

I’ve been using the Lamicall Bike Phone Holder Mount for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most reliable accessories I’ve added to my bike setup. I’ve actually purchased three of these mounts over time for different bikes, which should say a lot about how well they’ve worked for me. Rock-Solid Stability The biggest concern with any phone mount is whether it’ll actually hold your phone in place—and this one delivers. Even on rough roads, bumps, and higher speeds, my phone stays firmly locked in without any rattling or shifting. The grip design feels very secure without being overly tight. Easy Installation & Adjustability Setup took just a few minutes with no special tools needed. Once installed, the mount is highly adjustable, so you can position your phone at the perfect angle for navigation or tracking apps. It’s easy to switch between portrait and landscape as well. Build Quality You Can Trust The materials feel sturdy and well-made. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy like some other mounts I’ve tried. The clamp holds firmly to the handlebars, and once tightened, it stays put. Real-World Fit (Important if You Have a Large Phone) I use a large Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max with a battery case for extra protection and charging. With that setup, it just barely fits in the mount. It does hold, but it’s definitely at the upper limit of what this mount can handle. If you’re using a bulky or battery case, you may want to switch to a slimmer protective case to get a more comfortable and secure fit. Great for Everyday Use I mainly use this for GPS while riding, and it’s been a game-changer. Having my phone visible and stable makes rides smoother and safer since I’m not fumbling around or stopping to check directions. Popular for a Reason It’s also worth noting this is one of the most reviewed bike phone holders out there, with over 67,000 reviews and around a 4.6-star rating. After using it myself, I can see why—it’s consistent, dependable, and does exactly what it promises. Minor Note (Not a Dealbreaker) Aside from the tight fit with larger/bulkier phones, I haven’t run into any real issues. Final Thoughts If you’re looking for a dependable bike phone mount that balances security, ease of use, and durability, this is a great choice. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do—and does it well.

This mount is super steady and quite maneuverable. It came way under the price point I'd expect for something so well engineered--and it was very simple to affix to my bars. It grips my Galaxy S23 Ultra securely, but I did have to remove my Otterbox Defender case, not because it wouldn't fit--it did, but it was a tight fit and needied some fiddling to remove it, defeating the one handed operation. I took a minor spill (okay I lost my balance) yet the mount withmy phone remained rock solid and was cushioned at all four corners against impact well. I'm glad I purchased this piece of kit, until I purchase a dedicated bike computer, and encourage the reader of this review to do the same.

This is the second time I've purchased the Lamicall holder, my eScooter was stolen and this was a replacement for the new scooter. The first one was fantastic no sliding, no vibrating, easily rotated from the vertical position to horizontal. All of these things are equally true about this second holder. There is one defect though. The locking toggle on the back doesn't work 2/3 of the time. You expand the holder to put your phone inside, let it go and the holder shrinks down gripping the phone in place, flip the locking toggle on the back and the holder can't expand locking your phone in until you flip the toggle back. This second holder, two-thirds of the time the toggle flips half way and suddenly stops. Leaving it unlocked and unable to be pushed any further in the locked direction. You then flip it back to the unlocked position and flip it again to locked. It's always worked by the second or third try. It's easy to tell if it's working because it gently clicks in and out of the locked position. I'm going to exchange this holder and will update my review

Very sturdy and secure. Easy to install as well, exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this a little while back, and wanted to report after putting it through some proper abuse. After a full summer of rides both in the city and on trails, getting caught in the rain, and being switched between different bikes, it's still holding up great! Since it stretches to fit the phone, I haven't had any issues with having a heavier duty phone case. The only minor problem is that the locking mechanism seems to need to fit in certain grooves, so instead of squeezing it tight around my phone, I've got to pull the locking lever on the back while moving the clamps slightly to find the sweet spot. But even with that the phone still hasn't fallen out even on rougher rides.

After ten years of reviewing mobile accessories—and having witnessed far too many "budget" mounts snap under pressure—I’ve developed a very specific set of criteria for what makes a bike phone holder worth your investment. You need three things: mechanical security, vibration dampening, and true one-handed operation. The Lamicall Bike & Motorcycle Phone Holder doesn't just meet these requirements; it sets the benchmark for the sub-$30 category. Whether you're navigating urban streets on a scooter or hitting 70mph on a highway, this is the piece of gear that bridges the gap between "dangerous distraction" and "essential utility." Engineering & Build Quality What immediately stands out is the high-speed security lock. Unlike the silicone "rubber band" style mounts that degrade in the sun and snap over time, Lamicall uses a reinforced mechanical clamping system. The four-corner grip is lined with shock-absorbing silicone that creates a "cradle" effect, protecting the delicate OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) sensors in high-end cameras like the iPhone 17 Pro Max or the S24/S25 Ultra. Real-World Stress Test I mounted this to a mountain bike for a downhill trail run and later to a cruiser for a long-distance highway ride. Vibration: Even on gravel, the "arm" of the mount stayed rigid. There was zero "screen bounce," which is vital for reading GPS at a glance. The One-Hand Operation: This is the "killer feature." You simply push the top of the mount up with your phone, and the corners snap shut. To release, you just squeeze the side levers. It’s a 2-second process that makes a world of difference when you’re making quick stops. PROS Future-Proof Sizing: Designed to accommodate the larger dimensions of the newest flagships (up to 6.8"), including the iPhone 17 Pro Max Air. It handles "thick" cases remarkably well. 360-Degree Rotation: The ball joint is exceptionally tight. You can switch from portrait (for music) to landscape (for maps) without the mount sagging over time. Handlebar Versatility: It comes with multiple sizing inserts, making it compatible with everything from thin road bike bars to thick 32mm motorcycle handlebars. High-Speed Security: The physical lock switch on the back ensures that the arms cannot expand until you want them to. This provides immense peace of mind on the freeway. CONS The "Case" Factor: While it fits most cases, if you use a bulky "wallet-style" or "pop-socket" case, you may find the corner depth a bit shallow. I recommend a standard slim or rugged case for the most secure fit. Plastic Construction: While it is high-grade, reinforced plastic, it isn't an all-metal alloy mount. However, for the price and the weight savings, the durability is excellent. Overall Input The Lamicall Bike Phone Holder is a masterclass in functional design. It solves the biggest pain point for riders: the fear of their $1,200 smartphone bouncing off the pavement. It’s easy to install, impossible to accidentally dislodge once locked, and built to withstand the elements. Pro-Tip: When installing, make sure to use the included rubber spacers to create a "snug" fit on your handlebar before tightening the screw. This prevents the mount from rotating downward when you hit a significant pothole. Who is this for? Daily commuters, food delivery riders (UberEats/DoorDash), and weekend trail warriors who need reliable, instant access to their screens.

This phone holder is great. I like it. My phone doesn’t fall off even going over bumps and it’s perfectly visible to see right on the top of my bike. Also very easy to install.

Very good. Easy to attach. Works well.

Good build quality. Fits the handle bar and holds a Samsung in a hard case and iPhone 12 in a flip case! Very happy with this! Just ordered a second one.
