Buddy Bowl Spillproof Water Bowl for Pets … (32 Ounce, Natural)

My German Shepherd LOVES water, but is a sloppy drinker. I was using one of those metal bowls, but he was turning my kitchen into a slobber oasis. I did my research and came across this bowl. I LOVE IT. However, my only gripe with this bowl is that it is VERY HARD to open. So, here is my tip...run the bowl under hot water, and then pry it open with all your might. I tried using a flat head screwdrive just by itself- useless. You're better off running it under hot water, wait for it to become somewhat pliable and then use the flat head o help pry it off.It's definitely not quick and easy. So, if you have arthritis and/or carpal tunnel, you may want to skip this bowl, which sucks because it is really awesome.

I just received my doggy water bowl. My dog has not tried the bowl out yet so I can’t comment on how well it works. I just wanted to mention I received a used bowl. I uploaded some pictures to show the bowl had white paint on it, scratches all over & it was dirty on the inside. It’s still usable so I’m not going to worry about returning it. It’s just irritating that I paid for a new product & received a used product.

The media could not be loaded.  This bowl is exactly what I needed because of my 10 month old. He LOVES water and spills the dogs water bowl any chance he gets. I do my best to move bowls out of his reach but it doesn’t always happen. As you can see in the video, only a few drops come out. I’ve had this for a week and I can say it was worth the purchase. If you overfill the bowl, water will pour out. I already made that mistake. As others said, use warm water to take the bowl apart to clean. I’m glad my baby can’t take it apart. Otherwise, it would be useless.I purchased the 32oz size because it was the smallest available and my dogs are small (10lbs & 15lbs). It’s bigger than I thought it would be but works and that’s all that matters. I highly recommend this bowl!

I am so surprised that this does what it says it does! It's a very neat concept and does work for my 1 year old who was constantly flipping the pets water bowl. I would put it up but then to remember to put it back down and repeat up and down got to be too much. I was worried at first that the dog and cats wouldn't drink from it but they seem to love it. I'm always filling it back up! I didn't see directions with it so it didn't work at first but I quickly learned the line inside is the max fill for it to work properly and not spill!

Not easy to open to clean. Often had to ask someone to help me get the top off.

Water stays inside fairly well, we bought this so our younger one would stop throwing the dog dish across the room, it fixed most of the daily spills we had, if you drop it the lid definitely stays on and secure but water does tend to splash out if it is shaken or dropped from 2ft or higher

Not completely spill proof, but enough so that my toddler lost interest in trying to tip over the dog water. I’ll take that as a win! It’s a little difficult to take apart for cleaning, but that wouldn’t stop me from buying this product again.

the 32 oz is good for in cage use due to its size. But for a daily water dish it is not big enough capacity for a large dog. Need to refill many times during the day.
