READY ROCKER - NEW 3.0 2024 Model (Slate) - Portable Ergonomic Rocker

I was much more pleased than I expected with this. The 2.0 version is very easy to collapse and move around, being fairly lightweight. With some adjustment, I'm able to use it in my office chair for extra movement during the day. I particularly enjoy it on the couch, providing more back support even without movement. I'm a fidgeter, but not necessarily a rocker, so intentionally doing that kind of motion has taken some thought, so hopefully it's helpful improve back muscles and overall energy levels.I did get one of the pads for it, and I was surprised how much more comfortable it made the rocker, though the base rocker is quite comfortable as-is. Just play around with where to position it--perhaps a couple of inches off of the base of what you're sitting on.Overall, I recommend this, but recommend getting it for some sort of special deal. 1 star is taken off for price, as I don't think the full MRSP is justified. It's a good product, but overpriced, though it's fairly easy to get a range of coupons for it.

I usually don't write product reviews, but the Ready Rocker 3.0 has helped my back pain so much that I had to.As someone who works from home, I spend 6 hours a day sitting in front of my computer usually with my back slumped and hunched over while typing. This was causing "tech neck" stiffness and lower back pain.Since I started using the Ready Rocker, I sit up straight in the chair with perfect posture while I work without even having to think about it. I haven't woken up with a stiff neck at all (this used to happen on a weekly basis).I even started using the Ready Rocker while I watch TV at night after work. My body hasn't felt this good and pain-free since I was a teenager. The Ready Rocker is sturdy but incredibly comfortable and supportive. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who work desk jobs or have to sit for any extended period of time.If you've ever had back or neck pain, this is your cure!!!

I’ve been a chiropractor for 45 years, so I know a lot about the spine. My wife broke her leg, three weeks ago and his bed written and I thought this might be a great thing to support her lower back. We found it completely worthless. In the first place, it’ll destroy your headboard or your furniture. And then who rocks all day long? It is very well constructed, but it needs to be made to extend it to 90° instead of this hinge mechanism. Don’t waste your money until they correct the design.

This is just what I needed for my work chair, which doesn't offer enough support while I'm on the computer all day. Desk chairs tend to recline too much if you're reaching forward for a keyboard. Other back rests that focus on the lumbar or lower back just cause the upper back and arms to be further reclined. This is a flat surface to rest my back against while I work. I don't really use the rocking function, but that is a nice option, also.But it turns out that buying it through Amazon is the most expensive way to get it. The manufacturer runs discounts on their website occasionally, and recently I saw a 50% off sale for the same thing. Better to check there first and see what deals they're running.

I work from home and sit for long periods at a time. The Ready Rocker really keeps me from slouching and it provides great support. I have had less back and leg discomfort from the gentle rocking it provides me.
