Box hung on wall in autumn, lets hope we get some use in the spring.

It's well made and relatively easy to mount on the wall. I had contact with the manufacturer as I thought they had left a cable out of the box. They contacted me straight away and the cable actually HAD been included. They were very helpful and pleasant. I check the webcam once a day but so far no blue tits, Fingers crossed.

The media could not be loaded. The bird box overall is great. Very sturdy and has endured all sorts of weather. Looks great too, however the camera is letting it down slightly. I thought that it would have infrared vision for when it’s dark but it instead uses normal bright lights that disturb the birds at night. It took me a while to figure out how to focus it, you have to twist the ring around the lens within the box. Despite this minor issues, I’m loving watching the blue tits in my garden raise their young. They have 9 chicks at the moment which are 4 days old. We have even named the parents Florence & Lawrence!!

Product arrived promptly and is as described . Sadly the camera malfunctioned but after contacting Rachel a replacement was provided immediately which is working perfectly.Customer service is excellent and the box and camera already has 'tenants'.

Blue tits nested first year that we had it and we were able to follow their progress from nest building through to hatching and leaving the nest.
