I’ve used this several times but I’m scared to put my whole weight on it even though I’m only a few inches off the ground and 105lbs. I’ll have to get some pillows just in case so I can feel more confident.Otherwise, I did feel my back and neck stretch a little so very eager to try it at it’s full potential.

I don't understand how some people can write a review and be blatantly dishonest. This thing is exactly how it's described and looks exactly the same as advertised. Also, why in the hell would you give someone a bad review because your door wasn't strong enough to handle the product? Are you serious?Anyways, I think this product is superb -- especially for the price point. 25 bucks? You simply can't beat that for the quality. I'm actually not using this for yoga per say *ahem* -- more for tantric yoga if you catch my drift -- are you picking up what I'm putting down?I just wish they added the weight limit for something like this. I'm going to find out tonight anyways. You have a good day.**Update**So let's just say it can handle up to 200 lbs easily. Didn't go as planned because my door frame is too small (or she was too big, respectfully).

I’ve been doing yoga for over 30 years and have tried many props. Unlike my other apparatus this sling has about 3-4”of stretch under load. I am far from the max recommended load but but discovered this by bonking my head unexpectedly. Hope this helps

Used within SECONDS of opening.... Opened, threw it over door, shut door... came attached. Thank yoU! I am over 20o lbs held me with easy.... stitching may need reinforcement with time. but not if lighter.

Returned. Seemed too dangerous
