Elderly shoe-shine pro in Oklahoma City airport of all places used this in my boots to great effect, and recommended it. It’s wonderful.

Perfect care for your leather goods.
I purchased this for my Cowboy boots. There was a bit of wax buildup along with some scuffing. So, I started out with Angelus Saddle Soap and a damp brush to lather them up and clean and moisturize them. After lathering the soap in and wiping it off, I used my finger tips to "massage" the Angelus Leather balm into the boot leather. After drying just 20 minutes, I used a quality boot brush to bring out the beautiful luster of the balm.I didn't really need to, but I applied a very thin coat of clear wax on the boots and they look wonderfulUse sparingly ..... a little goes a very long way.
