Just got a Portable EV Charger, Level 1+2, and it's been super convenient for keeping the electric vehicle charged up without any hassle. This charger's versatility is a standout—being able to use it with just a standard outlet at Level 1 for overnight charging, or ramping it up with a Level 2 for a quicker boost, it’s like having the best of both worlds.The build of the charger feels robust, giving off that vibe that it can handle being tossed in the trunk or used daily without falling apart. Plus, the portability aspect is a winner. Being able to bring the charger along on trips or to friends' houses without worrying about finding a compatible charging station is a game changer.

This was a HUGE upgrade from what we had before. It has a longer extension cord than our original charger. It charges 4-5x FASTER than our original charger. We were blown away at how FAST this charger can charge. It was almost too good to be true.I would HIGHLY recommend this charger to anyone with an EV. It was definitely worth every penny. It's very simply to use & operate.

I do not recommend this. It stopped charging after30 minutes. I had to unplug and plug it back in. Returned it after two days. The app set up was not user friendly. I want with the same brand, but without the app/bluetooth capability and it works way better.

I am new to EV's and recently bought another charger to permanently use in my garage. (this one is to carry with me when I don't have access to charging stations on the road). My garage had ancient wiring and so I had an electrician bring it up to expectation so that it wouldn't have any compatibility issues with the circuit it was on. With this charger, you shouldn't have any real issue with that - but I still would stay away from any outlet that looks sketchy. I wish it charged a little faster - but that might just be my expecation - I have very little context in the EV world. But I'm willing to bet that if I learned how to use it better, I'd have a better idea of what it can do.

This charger will accept 240V power or 120 (using the included adaptor). If using 120V power it automatically limits the power draw to that ability, otherwise can go to 16A 240V power use. Yet you can also lower the charge power if you wish (but must do the adjustment with it plugged into AC power, but NOT connected to the car). It also has a timer to delay charging up to 12 hours from when you plug it in (that also must be set before connecting to the car). The power companies will like it if you can set it to do the charging from times like midnight to 4 am rather than 5pm to 9 (yet you don't need to wake up to plug it in). So you get a few options with this unit over many that just use max power no matter what and instantly go when plugged in. I've not tried the app things, but hardware is good.

UPDATE after a couple of months. Was charging fine and steady for 1 month. Always at the same spot, at home. At some point, for no reason, I saw the charging speed started slowing down to 28amp or 24amp, instead of the steady 32AMP. This happens now for every single charge, either during the day or the night. Sunny or not, outside temperature seems not to be the reason.The support on the website is not for amazon sales, but a few days later I've got an email from them. Then, you need patience, because they're asking a question at the time, and you have indeed to deal with the time difference. This ended at asking me the the virtual ID, which I don't have, since I never figure out how to connect the charger to the app. That's all! no more help. I told them it doesn't work, and I can't charge anymore at the regular speed, and they just keep saying the same thing...Don't get fool by the so claimed 3 years support!Perfect, exactly as we hoped it would work!!! We use it with a model 3 and this charged the car at 32amp. Around 8h for a full charge with the basic range.
