Doesn’t pull the hair at all in the nape of the neck. Perfect amount of vibration for soothing a tense spot. Within minutes. Perfect best purchase in a while for self care. Arrived needing a charge. I’m happy it charged. Very smooth vibration for muscles. Not a Swedish pounder… just a nice smooth massage on tired stiff neck muscles.

I was hoping this massager worked well. Its small size would be great for traveling. But it’s a worthless product. Every time I would put some pressure on it, it wouldn’t massage. I’m returning it.

This is mis-marketed; it’s an adult toy, not a massage device. There’s no percussion at all; it’s just a normal vibrating massager. For an adult toy, it’s pretty good, not the best or strongest option, but it’s okay. I was really expecting and hoping for something to use for helping muscle pain, and this definitely isn’t it.

Percussion? Back? Uh... no. No, not at all. This is not a percussive massager, but a vibrating one, and I wouldn't call it designed for the BACK. I did have a genuine percussive back massager in this sort of shape, but my brother loved it so much that I passed it along to him. I really hoped this back massager would be a good replacement, so I was thoroughly disappointed when I opened the Amazon box and saw this massager's packaging declaring it was for 18+ only. Does it work for what it was actually meant to massage? No idea. I had no interest in using it for that. All I can say is that it didn't match my expectations based on how it was marketed.

first let me say that it does wonders, i recently hurt my shoulder and this device help me to rehab it and be back up at work in less time then it would have taken otherwise. The product is well made and covered in a rubber type material that is very easy to clean, i did not some stactic cling when using over my shirt and often it would collect lent that a damp cloth would remove. charged quickly with the supplied usb to stinger type charging port and cable. took about 1-2 hours to charge for a 20-35 minute usage.

Not what is usually called a percussion massager, no pounding. It vibrates, kinda like a dual-shock controller. It's a little noisy, at times. Having said all of that... If one of the more vigorous massagers is too much for you, this one might be for you. A little more than a regular vibrating massager, so effects go a little deeper.
