Nature's Turn Freeze-Dried Fruit Snacks, Superfruit Variety, Pack of 8 (1.2oz Each)

I absolutely love these freeze dried fruits from Nature’s Fruit, and so do all my family members, including my adult children and my grandchildren; who are normally really picky eaters. Every one of these fruits tastes just like you are eating from the actual fruit, which is what makes these particular ones so much better than others I’ve tried. They have just the right crisp with some tang. The Kiwi and some of the berries are a little more “tangy” for my taste, but my family loves them. All the others are absolutely delicious. They all rehydrate well, if you want to put them in your cereal or in a smoothie, but are amazing right out of the package and I usually end up eating the entire package in one sitting…oh well. They are very nutritious so I don’t worry about that. I started eating freeze dried fruits while on an intermittent fasting diet so I could have something sweet while also being nutritious, however I have continued to eat them well after that. These are very well packaged which makes them easy to carry in my purse or wherever, and the larger 1.2 oz packs are all resealable. I’ve tried multiple brands and this one is my favorite by far. I can’t say anything negative about these products and I also can’t say enough good things about them. I’m so happy I finally found a brand that I really love all of the fruit products.

Some of these were fine, but a few packets contained dried fruit that was either too tart to eat, too thick to bite into, or, as with the Pineapple, caused my tongue to burn for several hours.

hit and miss depending on the bag

I am on a very restricted diet. Tbh, there's not a lot of treats available to this Foodie I tried a pack of freeze dried mango I got in a grocery store and enjoyed them enough to see if Amazon had different flavors available. I found nature's Turn variety pack. Honestly I was concerned because the outer box looked kind of beaten up. Inside though the zip sealed bags were bright and appealing and the fruit was sweet and crisp and plentiful. My fav....actually they are all delicious but the dragon fruit had a sort of musty flavor (that may just be how dragon fruit is though)so that wasn't my favorite and the pineapple was freezedried with the core which was lacking flavor. I personally wouldn't order them again but they ok. I look forward to trying other flavors and then I will give suggestions other than just eating them as is. Meantime, go get yourself some. Perfect for picnics, parks, road trip etc.
