Great..
I was a bit nervous as I have read that some can expect bloating, headaches and skin break outs. I have now been taking this for almost a week and so far no negative results. I want to say I am feeling like my muscles have more definition but I also feel like that must be a placebo effect as it has only been 6 days! Tastes better than I expected too, I was nervous that it was going to be far too sweet but it wasn't at all. Mixes really well with no lumps and no weird texture which is great!

Decent value, sweet yet worth trying
I take this every morning in a glass of water. I opted for the blue raspberry flavour. Some might find this very sweet, yet I quite like it. Easy to mix into the water and drink. Simple enough and at the amount needed. Worth trying and if that flavour isn't for you there are others, and an unflavoured version too. Decent value too.

It helps with marathon training
Taking this to help with back-to-back runs whilst marathon training and it really makes a difference. My legs are ready to go again much quicker than they were before. Tastes decent. It doesn’t dissolve that great though, I have to mix up a scoop with water and chug it down straight away or else it just settles at the bottom.

Healing muscle wastage following a shoulder dislocation. Seems to work, pleasant taste. I mix mine by adding to water in a bottle, shakes and mixes much better. Value for money.
