Honest Review After 3.5 Months – Disappointed With Quality & Warranty Support This is my honest review after using this chair for around 3.5 months. Unfortunately, I feel this chair is not worth the price considering the build quality and my experience with it. This was the first chair of this type that I purchased, so I had reasonable expectations regarding durability and quality. However, my experience has been disappointing so far. When the chair initially arrived, there was a noticeable noise coming from the hydraulic mechanism. I contacted the warranty support team, and to their credit, they responded quickly at that time and shipped the required hydraulic parts. After replacing the part, the noise issue was resolved completely. However, after only around 3.5 months of normal use, I am now facing a much more serious issue. The seat mechanism/support underneath the cushion has broken. The quality and strength of the material used in this area do not inspire confidence in the chair's long-term durability. What is even more disappointing is the after-sales support. The product comes with a 3-year warranty, but now that I actually need warranty assistance, I am not getting a proper response to my calls or messages. When the chair was initially delivered, the warranty/support team was very eager to get a review from me. But now, when there is an actual product issue within just a few months, I am struggling to get any response from them. A chair in this price range should not develop such a major structural issue after only 3.5 months of normal use. And if a company provides a 3-year warranty, the warranty support should actually be accessible when the customer needs it. Overall, I am very disappointed with the product and the current warranty support experience. I would not recommend this chair based on my experience.

This chair is preety good but the build quality itself is not good, the adjustable hand support is always unstable the adjustable headrest is a total waste can't move it anywhere if it does it don't stay on that position is always stays downwards i mean the headrest itself need a support, the recline is preety good but the height adjustable lever does not work as it does in the starting days and the most important thing it's cusion is not comfortable and and does not support shape retention and the place where I sat is now not cushioned like at first and there are kinda low there over all manageable at this price range but not comfortable enough.

I purchased the Astride Ergofit chair with a **3\-year warranty**, expecting a reliable product and proper after\-sales support\. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different\. Within the warranty period, the chair developed a serious issue and **permanently lowered down**, making it unsuitable for normal use\. I contacted Astride for warranty support and provided the photos/videos and other information requested\. However, instead of getting a timely and effective resolution, I had to go through repeated communication and follow\-ups\. Eventually, I had no option but to **return the defective chair through Amazon**, and Amazon has now processed my refund\. What is particularly frustrating is what happened **after the return and refund**\. **Today, I received material/replacement parts from Astride against the defective chair—even though the chair had already been returned and Amazon had already issued my refund\.** This is a clear example of extremely poor coordination in the after\-sales/service process\. Sending replacement material after the product has already been returned and the transaction refunded does not resolve the customer’s problem; it only adds to the frustration and inconvenience\. The biggest disappointment for me is not just that the chair failed within the warranty period, but the **way the warranty issue was handled**\. A 3\-year warranty has little value if the customer has to repeatedly follow up and ultimately return the product to get the matter resolved\. Based on my personal experience, I would **think twice before purchasing this product**, especially considering the price and the company’s after\-sales support\. **My experience: defective product \+ frustrating warranty process \+ poor coordination = 1 star.**

Came pre-assembled but wrapped in plastic bags, so I had to take it apart and reassemble it. Who does that? It would be better to just deliver it fully disassembled. Now I’m forced to disassemble and reassemble it again, trying not to damage anything in the process. Why??? For almost 400 AED, the build quality is so poor — it even smells like cow manure. Some screws are already rusty. Seriously, can’t you at least keep the screws in an oiled package?

Good chair, comfortable only issue head rest and hand rest if only it could be more moveable it wouldve been 5stars. Great value for mkney.
