I got this Cat 6 outdoor Ethernet cable for a 50 ft run to set up a network connection outside. It worked with no issues. I used it to connect my PC to a router through a wall, and the speed is good, handling 10Gbps like it says. It’s waterproof and feels tough enough for outdoor use, plus the 20 ties helped keep everything neat. Solid cable for the price if you need something reliable.

Solid cable for outdoor. Its pretty thick, so keep that in mind if you plan to try to run this in some sort of conduit. It is a value for the $ you spend especially for the length. You can purchase bulk cable and then have to strip, put wires in a jacket, or just buy this. I just got extra length and spooled it at the source and hung on a wall. Ours is suspended going ariel across to another building and considering the weather here with extreme temperature differences, so far, it is holding up pretty solid. I think you will be pleased with how well this works. ENJOY!

Ethernet cable. Connection is great The only negative thing it that the wire jacket is plastic and stiff. If you have to run the wire around corners down stairs ect…. This is not good wire for you. The jacket will eventually crack open and then you will have a spaghetti mess of wires. Been there done it ..

We use what us called airfiber for internet. It basically 5g internet over cell phone net work. The either net cable provided was not long enough to get it up very high outside . So this is what I needed works very well. Since it was going to be suspended in the air I twisted it around some Paracord to provide support for the wire so it would not break. How does it work we have much improved internet. Antenna is hanging on a tree limp to get it high enough.

The cable works great. The cable jacket is a little stiff, but it is definitely more robust and should stand up to outdoor use.
