I love how it glides with no sound and it's really helped me after my surgery

I bought this set for close relatives right after they had a baby in early September 2023. Mom and baby enjoy these furnishings thoroughly. Enjoyed. Until today. Mid-January 2024. See accompanying photos. One month out of warranty, a lower support piece failed, by cracking in half. I telephoned the U.S. distributer that sells these through Amazon, politely asking how I can obtain a new support piece. I was told that they could not help me since the warranty has expired. I offered to pay for a replacement piece plus shipping. I was told to "visit local furniture shops", maybe one of them would have a replacement piece.Consumers need to be warned that this product was designed and manufactured using slipshod processes and low-quality wood that could not even support the weight of a thin mother and her 4-month-old baby. Thank goodness that when the chair broke, nobody got hurt . . . except for me, the one who paid to purchase it.The photos reveal that that the wood support piece is actually two pieces that were glued together in the middle, which came apart after four months of normal use. Such a design clearly cannot support 250 pounds as advertised on this Amazon sales page, as it did not support half that amount. Therefore this furniture is defective and dangerous so absolutely do not buy, nor any other piece built by this manufacturer or sold by its American distributor. If you do, you will be very sorry. I paid $189.99 plus sales tax, and am out the entire amount. And remember, there's a real chance of personal injury as well. Including to your baby.

Very happy with this chair. It only had 6 screws to put in. There was a flaw with one arm cushion and customer service was very helpful and we came to a partial refund settlement. Happy overall.

But it came with broken rear crossbar((( I don't want to waste time on a refund, but this broken thing gets me upset(((( at least the chair seems like to be working good...

I just had my baby a few weeks ago and thought a rocking chair was a good investment. I decided to buy this one and completely regret it. I was sent a cracked chair which ended up completely breaking through after 1 use. This was not worth spending almost $200 on. Then to top it all off I requested a replacement and was told I would only receive $35 dollars in return. This company is a joke. Absolutely do not buy from them.

It was a little hard to assemble. But not bad. The spindles on the the left arm keep coming out of the holes. I actually almost fell out of it. Plus the arm pad won't snap. The snap on the seat is not positioned correctly. Won't snap.I love the color of the chair frame and the cushions. I was surprised the seat wasn't wood. The fabric isn't cheap and probably not gonna last long.

The chair and ottoman are actually quite nice if they are delivered with no damage. Good value, nothing fancy or exceptional but good value for the money. The first order I received the ottoman side rails or supports were broken on both sides. I reached out to the company to get a replacement ottoman but did not get a response for several days. I needed the chair for my daughter and granddaughter who would be spending at least two weeks for me so I ordered another one thinking I would just return the broken set. When I got the return label and to the set to be shipped back, I discovered I was responsible for the shipping costs that were basically the cost of the chair and ottoman.Hope Amazon approves of this review.
