The pump worked one time in diesel and then would not the second time. Had to take the crank apart and put some silicone sealant on it and now it works again. Guess it lost seal somehow. Seller offered a refund or another one which is amazing service.

Yikes, dont buy this.
Horrible, whatever glue is used to keep the metal parts together was rotted and became flushed out with what i was pumping, wasting hundreds of dollars in liquid, cheap poor product, not for use with anything remotely important. i cant actually think of a product this would be ok to use with actually.

A Darn Good Manual Pump
I needed a well-built pump to draw water out of a few rain barrels to water some potted plants. Bought a plastic, lever pump that didn't last a year before it decided to give up the ghost. So looked for something sturdier, found this all-metal hand-crank pump and after the first use, just fell in love with it. Best features:1. Threaded barrel adapter fit perfectly.2. Draws a good amount of water with each crank revolution, filling a 2-gallon watering can in no time.3. All metal construction means it should (hopefully) last for a long time even when exposed to the elements.I highly-recommend this product for those like me who need it for just a simple task - drawing water.

Not perfect but gets the job done
Pumps really well. Handle broke off immediately however.Had enough shaft left to use a drill on it and works well like that.
