Absolutely fantastic! I have a carbon fiber AFO that is uncomfortable to wear all day and it makes the shoe hard to put on and makes the shoe tight. These are a breeze to put on, don't affect how the shoe fits and are so comfortable, I can wear them all day. Plus, they really work to keep me from catching my foot and tripping while walkiung. The spring loaading actually makes walking feel lighter and easier and allows my ankle to flex naturally. I can't be more pleased with them! Highly recommended!

Comfortable and effective. I have foot drop on left foot and this holds my toes up so I am not constantly stubbing them and tripping. Comes with extra hooks so you can put them on a few different shoes. Easy to put on as well and you can adjust the amount of lift to best fit your needs.

This is my second one. Its flexibility for an AFO is helpful. After continuous use the material has caused back of heel irritation. Durability was about 14-15 months with elastic and Velcro reaching end of service life.

This is my second purchase of this product and it does not Disapoint. i have not stumbled or fallen whenever I am wearing this brace.

If you have a drop foot this item works and helps to keep the shoe from dragging. The price is well worth the job that this product offers.

The brace pushed my big toe into the shoe for painful wearing. Not worth keeping.

I had severe nerve compression in 2016 at l5/s1, due to statin inflammation and some latent back issues. Had two surgeries in 2017 and a spinal fusion earlier this year at l3. I’ve had severe foot drop since 2017. Insurance paid in 2017 for two AFOs, up to knee, made by local firm. Never could walk with them. Another firm charged $500 for one to knee made from carbon fiber. Fell trying to walk in it. These are third variation I found and bought on Amazon and they are great. They don’t slip into shoes, so you are not dealing with fit and foot pain. The lift is adjustable. They. Are covered by long pants, if that’s important. They support ankle but don’t lock it out. You can take it off and carry in your pocket if needed to allow rest. And they are reasonably priced. I have 3 of these. I now only need it on left foot. The Drs are fascinated by them. Drs are clueless about post surgical functionality. Every durable medical equipment shop has its trick widget, all overpriced, and most no more than a 50% restoration of function. My gait is almost normal wearing this and continues to improve. Foot drop hardly noticeable to others. Good luck to all going through this. Don’t give up

This one works better than most for my mom who had a stroke in February 2026.

I have used this product almost two years, but after 1yr and some months the big rubber hook was torn so , useless without it. If there is option to buy the rubber hook only, then it will be great.

I did enjoy the product very much! it's really creative and made with a great quality. This will help a lot of patients who are looking for something simple & creative to use on their daily lives. It would be even more great if u could offer different sizes (which i couldn't find on Amazon). Thanks a lot.
