Picture is wrong. Specifically ordered because I wanted the number five. Read the small print. Never has to worry about that before. Way over priced for the lure I received. I see now many have said the same thing but why correct it Amazon!!

I realize it says 1/12oz. The picture is of a #5, when it should be a #0. There is a huge difference. Again, my fault for going by picture instead of doing the math. Lure wise=Great Lure.

Catch more trout on this lure than anything else in mountain lakes in the PNW. Always go to this when nothing else works, and it almost always yields fish! Sometimes tip it with a worm, sometimes not. Try both, and you're sure to catch fish.

Panfish, trout, even small creek bass....these little guys are really great.I've been a "Spin Fly" user for a decade...but had to order them from Mepps direct - and they cost more that way too.Glad that Amazon has them now.The Brown body / Gold blade has been my best producer with the Black body / Silver blade being #2 from the 6 or so combinations I've tried over the years on these.

I've not used this lure but I bought it as a gift for my step father who is really big into crappie fishing. It came wayyy smaller than I expected or I'd of given it 5 stars.

I've tried countless small lures for the trout in a local stream and come back to these spin flies time and time again. They cast wonderfully for such a small spinner and small trout (in a single hook only stream nonetheless) just devour this thing. Wish they were cheaper, but when I see a deal I splurge.
