For sizing purposes, I'm 5'9,190 lbs and ordered an XL and it fits perfectly. The material is very durable and running in it wasn't a problem at all. Used it for the first time this morning and I can confirm it really works! I didn't think I would be sweating this much from a 1.5 mile jog, but wearing the hood and pants proved me wrong. I usually have a hard time sweating unless it's a rigorous run or extremely hard workout, but this suit does the trick. I highly recommend this product if you want a reason to sweat and some motivation to start that workout journey you've been pushing off for a few months now.

This sauna suit is lightweight, comfortable, and does a great job trapping heat during cardio workouts. It fits well without restricting movement, and the material feels much more durable than I expected. After several workouts and washes, it's still holding up great and has become a regular part of my training routine.

Ps , runs small so go one size up from your original size, product works as intended. It is not wind breaker or cold resistant keep this in mind when you go for run outside is best if you only used underwear with it to trap the heat . No t shirt or shorts!

This was the only suit that I felt confident in ordering the right size based off of the size chart. I'm 5'8" tall and 140 pounds. The size medium fits perfectly. The pants and jacket lining are both reflective so it pushes the heat back into your body. I will be using it to increase my red blood cell count in the Sauna room. The sauna at my gym maxes out at 160° and I need it to be at least 185°. This suit will help get it there. Great quality and plenty of flexible room to workout in as well, while looking like it fits properly.

You will sweat and that's why I bought it. Cardio and weigh lifting wearing it is fine but it does make rustling noise when you move in it. Only problem I have is they cinch at the wrist and ankles so the pants can balloon when you sit so I just pull the bottom away from my leg to let the air out. It has a zipper on one side of the top from shoulder to collarbone so you can open it to get some air and heat release. Also has a hood i dont really use but helps keep the heat in more. I wash the suit in the machine but air dry so it doesn't heat up and get damaged, it's thin so I want it to last as long as possible.

Yes, they run small. They are supposed too. If you use these regularly you know that I got the xl, but I am an large. Just go one size up, it'll be easier to get the sweaty thing off of you. Wear a T-shirt underneath to mop the sweat and it won't stick to your skin. The zipper on the neck line is what makes this product standout. Super helpful when donning and doffing this equipment. Easy to wash, hang dry. Sidenote: the pants make superb warm gear under your clothes when out in cold weather. jus' sayin'

Loved everything about it, way it looks and feels. Do not buy cheaps brands. Invest in better made product such as this.
