Q: I was just wondering, about how many cups does a bag do?

I use a small teaspoon per cup, so I estimate that I get 20 or so cups out of a bag

Q: Is the packaging plastic free?

The package is paper but is lined with what I think is cellophane. The cellophane and paper separate very easily making recycling simple.

Q: Is this tea suitable for a 13 year old?

I only drink red berry tea but I can’t see why a 13 year old can’t drink green tea?

Q: Is this tea caffeine free

Green tea isn't caffeine-free unless it's been processed to be so - and then it would say on the label. I usually make several cups of tea during the day from just one teaspoon of tea, so the amount of caffeine reduces after the first serving.
