My Meal Planner: Weekly Menu Planner & Grocery List

This menu planner has been such a game changer! It helps me stay organized, save time, and cut down on those last-minute “what’s for dinner?” moments. I love being able to plan out meals for the week, make a matching grocery list, and actually stick to it. It’s also helped reduce food waste since I only buy what I need. The layout is clear and easy to use, and it’s become part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to simplify meal planning and make life a little easier!

what a great book this is. I wish the pages were a little thicker so it didn't bleed through but great space to write in meals, other side has the grocery list to know what you need to order for the meals you are going to make. i will definately order more of these as i use them up.

I really like this meal planner book. It's simple and there's lots of room to write on each day. I appreciate that I'm not paying for extra pages or frills that I don't even use.

My only dislike - the grocery list page does not tear out - next week's menu planner is on reverse side. I removed the last page and made several copies. It would have been a time saver for me if I could have simply torn out the page.

I write the meal ideas for each day (dinner). Really helps make the shopping list and the list makes it easier to stay on budget. I only use for dinners (we eat leftovers for lunches) and I write all the ingredients including spices and recipe location.

I got this and I can start planning my family’s meals for the week and it’s been helping. I stick to what I need to buy a stick to what I need to make and it just doesn’t make things overwhelming as the week goes by so I know when I’m cooking.

Plenty of space to make my grocery list...and plan my meals on the opposite page. I am on my 2nd book as is my daughter. ♥️
