Packing should be strong as that product is the costly one .
Always Vinod’s products are Awesome .. But packing is worst. It’s lid was bend due to worst packaging and delivery boys negligence ..

Mislead info as metal spoon friendly and service claim denied
Never buy this after 9 months of usage the kadai started to discolour and when contacted vinod service center they are denying the warranty claim mentioning it as a metal spoon or scrubber damage though its marketed as metal spoon friendly highly misleading though inhave not used metal spoon nor any knife but still warranty denied for coating removed infact if metal spoon or knife is used there would be scrachtes which is not there in my kadai

Heavy duty/ sturdy kadai..Very happy however the handles get hot..Thats not how its supposed to be when you paying such a huge price !
