Customer service lacking
Purchased this watch back in August as an anniversary/birthday gift for my girlfriend as she displayed quite the interest in it. When it arrived we were both impressed at the build quality of the watch. After about a week or two, the second hand froze and the movement would not engage during a manual wind at all. I decided to send it back for a replacement and have been given the run around ever since. Still have not received a definitive answer as to how this company will make things right. Pretty soon I will escalate the situation if it is not taken care of soon.

Lovely Brass diver. Vintage design and good value.
Lovely. I've had this watch on my wrist for half an hour. Is it the best I own? No, but I like it very much. The movement is a proven reliable unit, and the design and execution here is admirable. I have a 7.5" wrist, and the Zulu strap is rather short. Other than that, it seems beautiful for the price. I'll post back again after it starts to develop a patina, and provide additional thoughts.
