Caring business and people.
The 5 star rating is based on product and customer experience. This is my second brace of this model and it works very well with the hyper extension of my left knee. My reason for the 2nd brace was because I needed to use it in the showers and didn’t want to wait for it to dry before using it again. Even showering with the brace (not recommended by the manufacturer) my first brace has held up beautifully, Velcro and all. After using my second brace all was well for the first 5 months, but then the Velcro on the top strap started to have less grip and releasing. I contacted the business and after a few emails and a couple of pictures they sent me a new replacement brace. They didn’t ask to see it before believing me, they just sent a replacement and sent a mailing label and asked that I return the old brace. They have my business and loyalty as long as I need a brace. Highly recommend this business.

Easily broken
Very poorly constructed. When it breaks it always breaks in the exact same place. You cannot put the top strap to tight or it will snap! If properly tensioned with both straps it works well.

Great brace!!
OMG! This is the best knee brace for hyperextension of the knee!! So much better than the Swedish Cage knee brace!! Well worth the money!! It’s comfortable, supportive, great fit, & really helps with stability!! Get this one!!!

Plastic not strong enough

Great brace until it breaks
Well, this brace was working great, I have extreme spasticity in my right leg and hyper extension, but the brace was doing an excellent job of bending it most of the time. But then the top hinge that kept the strap on snapped six days after the return window closed, so the brace is useless, $200 down the drain.

It worked help me from hyper extending my knee until I could get knee replacement surgery

Very big to wear
It can help stop hypertension, but it’s too big to wear with clothes on, so it does its job, but you’re not gonna be walking around the streets with it
