My old one had deteriorated and would not flush without pulling the chain by hand. Was worried this wouldn't fit or would be too difficult to install. I'm no handy man. Thankfully, I was wrong on both accounts. It might have taken me all of 10 minutes (maybe 7-8) to install and it flushes better than ever. I mean that. BETTER than it did originally. I realize it may not work on every Toto model. But if your model is listed, give it a try if you need to replace. I bought another one for my other toilet if it ever starts acting up. I think it is a pretty standard Toto flapper. If it looks similar to your current one, I would give it a try. **Q: Will this work on an American Standard brand toilet?** A: It's designed specifically for Toto toilets and we aren't familiar with that same part on American Standard so we can't guarantee that it will work. **Q: Fits Cst 854?** A: Look on the inside of the top part of your tank on the toilet. It will tell you the model so you can see if the flap will fit or not. Look at those numbers inside. **Q: I received my toto replacement flapper but there are no instructions on how to install--I can probably figure it out but can you send instruction?** A: We received instructions but very easy to attach. Heck your old one see where it’s hooked. Otherwise go unto website of mfg or Toto ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install and it actually works better than the original. *by P***S on January 8, 2026* I have to say, this toilet flapper works! (sorry). time will tell on longevity, but it's nice to see a universal fit, actually fit and work! ## Frequently Bought Together - Toto Toilet Flapper Replacement, 3" Flapper For G-Max, THU499S, THU331S, THU175S & 2021BP Models By Essential Values - for TOTO Toilet Handle Replacement Parts Kit, Universal THU068#CP Trip Lvr for St743S Side Mount Toilet Flush Tank Lever Handle for TOTO Kohler Toilet Tank, 1-Pack Copper Lever - TOTO TSU99A.XR Fill Valve, Blue --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/59277395-essential-values-toto-toilet-replacement-parts-compatible-with-3-toto](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/59277395-essential-values-toto-toilet-replacement-parts-compatible-with-3-toto) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
