All of our cinnamon comes from the cassia source. The coumarin that is present in cassia cinnamon is naturally found. We are not adding coumarin to the product, so we can not provide a specific amount. Coumarin is a naturally occurring compound present in several plants, not just cinnamon. Examples include licorice, strawberries, cherries, apricots, blueberries, green tea, and lavender. ~JM

Cost efficient

Love my cinnamon sticks especially when i use them to make air freshener for the kitchen,, It was worth the price considering if anyone has been to grocery stores and see what they are charging for smaller bottles. McCOrmick is a great brand and I know sometime in the future I will be sure to reorder

Smell Wonderful, Good size

These cinnamon sticks smell quite strong and wonderfully. They are a good size for crafters. I used them in a simmer pot and also put one in my coffee for a nice treat! The container is not full, but you get the ounces that are described which is a lot! Totally worth the value!

Good Amount and Price is Right.

I use Cinnamon sticks in all my sauces. I sometimes even eat cinnamom sticks. This pack last a while, and it was cheaper then what they are selling it in the supermarket. I always get my spices from Amazon, because they are cheaper and more quantify.
