Really good quality tawa. It feels thick, strong, and heavy, which makes cooking much better. Food tastes great because the cast iron heats evenly and gives a nice authentic flavor. Dosas and chapatis cook perfectly with very less sticking. The wooden spatula is also useful. Overall, a very good product for daily use and totally worth the money

The quality feels super premium and heavy duty, and the food cooks evenly without burning. Rotis, dosas, parathas everything turns out perfect with that authentic taste you only get from cast iron. The free wooden spatula is also really useful and good quality. After proper seasoning, it became naturally non stick and much healthier than non stick pans. Definitely worth the money.

Absolutely do not buy this product. It cracked as soon as I heated it, which is completely unacceptable for something advertised as an iron tawa. In all my years of cooking, I have never seen a genuine iron tawa crack under normal use. This makes me strongly suspect that the material is either poor quality or not real iron at all. This product is a complete waste of money. A tawa is supposed to withstand high temperatures, yet this one failed on its very first use. The quality is shockingly bad, and the product description is highly misleading. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand instead. I would never recommend this product to anyone

I purchased the Indus Valley dosa pan and delivery was on time, which I appreciate. However, my experience with the pan has been a bit disappointing. It doesn’t perform like a regular non-stick dosa pan. The first few dosas stuck badly to the surface—I lost about three dosas while trying, even after proper heating and oiling. The pan does seem to improve slightly after repeated use, but it requires a learning curve and proper seasoning. Also, it would have been better if a spatula was included with the product. Overall, it’s an average product that may work better with experience and proper maintenance, but not ideal for beginners expecting a non-stick-like performance.

The tawa feels solid and has good weight to it. It comes preseasoned. I tried dosa today and it came out perfectly. Looks good for dosa, chilla or chapati. The heat distribution is even. There is branding at the bottom of the tawa. It comes with wooden spatula. There is a small leaflet as well for best practices. Overall this is a value for money product.

After proper seasoning, the surface becomes naturally non-stick and cooking feels much healthier without harmful coatings. The build quality is strong and durable, and the free wooden spatula is a nice addition. Works great on induction as well. A wonderful toxin-free cookware choice for daily use.
