The Shaft and Keeper.
I was expecting the usual long pin to fasten this badge to ones lapel but it is a shaft which you push into the lapel and you then place a kind of keeper behind the lapel to fasten the badge so that it might not fall off.

Fell Of Poor communication with seller
Badge fell of and was lost when out, very poor design as it’s not a good screw in badge it just works with 2 grippers which you press in push and let go which means it would fall of very easily. Communication with seller was very poor and one message was very direct and would not even refund a very small amount of just over £3 as they did not believe me. I would not trust buying anything from this seller I have been a buyer on Amazon since 2001 and never been treated so badly . AVOID
