Well like other reviewers said, although they arrive crushed, warped and creased, you can iron them back into shape again. However, it was a good 25 minutes of my labor combining a steamer and an iron going over and over, around and around, inside and out, until I was satisfied that no creases and bends were left to torment me, so 45 minutes total between the two of them. I'd have preferred to pay more to have them shipped in a bigger box to avoid that, but c'est la vie. What's done is done, and now that they are back to the shape they should be in, I do LOVE them. I had gotten some others that were made of another material that was NOT ironable and I finally couldn't take the warping and wrinkles, they are going to Goodwill. I got two of these so I can sort lights and darks, and what is great is because they are slightly tapered, they can nest inside each other during the laundry accumulation, then easily be separated to sort when it's laundry time. The look gorgeous and natural and clean, are the perfect size for tossing in laundry, and light enough that I'll be able to haul them down to the laundry room once they're full.Pictures show how they arrive flat and folded, then how they look with my best efforts to just open them and press and pull into shape (totally unacceptable), and then the finished product after some serious ironing and steaming.

I really do love these, they are very sturdy. I did buy them because one of the reviews was that they are great for laundry baskets and that is what I was looking for. They are great, but we are a family of four and we have a lot of laundry so they aren't quite large(tall) enough. That is my only negative but has nothing to do with the product. For the money, I think it is a great buy. I might put them to different use and get taller ones for my laundry needs.

We bought these baskets almost two years ago, we have three small kids and they have been amazing, super durable and can handle crazy kid antics like climbing inside and rolling around. Easy to clean, very versatile. Would buy again if the need arose! 10/10 recommend!

I couldn't find a big enough plant pot that wasn't a zillion dollars. Then I came across these and now my baby palm trees are happy again! I have two palms in these and they're sturdy. The water doesn't drip out but has discolored some of the rope. But that's expected and doesn't bother me. Overall, I am very happy with how these have worked out. I plan to buy more later on when I need more storage solutions or plant containers. :)

I been very happy with the baskets, until I decided to wash them. I have been vacuuming them every week, but decided it was time for a deeper clean. Washed on gentle. When I took them out of the washing machine, I noticed a white powered residue on my hands. So I must assume they have treated the basket with some starch and hopefully not a chemical. Bummer

Gave both as baby gifts filled with registry items. Expecting mothers LOVED them. They each envision using the basket in a different way.Con: I had to place pillows into each basket for days to attempt to reshape. Still, they were not fully round. This is a tough item to purchase via mail at this size. Quality baskets though!
