Love this bread lame! Works perfectly, so easy to use and the lames can be used multiple times, not like other brands that after scoring one bread you need to flip it and throw. Absolutely love it, my favourite thing is that can be put in the fridge so I don’t lose it.

Favorite lame!! Nice sturdy wood handle. The blade is tucked away- whole thing sits on my fridge for easy use! Easy to change blades too- it takes a minute to get, but you aren't going to slice your fingers.

I was really looking for a bread lame that retracted into itself without having to take the blade off. So many other lames you have to remove the blade completely to store. This lame really met that need for me. I like how it turns into itself and none of the blade is exposed. The wooden handle meets the aesthetic desire of a bread lame as well. It's small but yet very functional. I don't feel like it is going to slip out of my hands when I use it. The blade is very sharp and it comes with some back-ups which I really appreciate.

This bread lame arrived quickly and looked great right out of the box. The wooden handle feels solid and comfortable to hold, and I really like the magnetic design that keeps the blade secure when in use. It definitely makes scoring dough easier and helps create nice patterns on homemade sourdough loaves. One thing to note is that the blades are quite thin and can bend if you press too hard. Because of this, it sometimes takes a second pass to get a deep, clean cut in the dough. Also, you need to be careful when changing blades, as they are very sharp and it’s easy to nick a finger if you’re not paying attention. Love the magnet for the fridge. Makes it so handy to set down and know exactly where it's at. Good handle that can cover the blade. The initial use was a bit difficult, until I figured out how to open and release the blade.

Very sharp, but with the blade cover it goes in my drawer and I'm not worried about grabbing it and cutting myself. Looks great. Great feel in the hand. Made great cuts in my loaf!

Really good, straight blade lame…comparatively, the curved blade ones are a joke. I like the look and feel, and the magnet is a nice touch. The blade stays safely locked away, and sharper & cleaner. Well worth the price.

It works great, and cones with a pack with multiple extra blades. The magnets are strong enough that there's no chance of it falling off the side of my fridge.

I make sourdough 2 times a week for family and customers so I use this item a lot. I have had the plastic bread lame but it doesn't allow the blade to extend out enough to get where I need it score. I had the round one and it wasn't well made. This one is VERY well made, easy to get the blade out for replacement, easy to wipe the blade off and very easy to release the blade in the safe position. I would highly recommend this product for those doing designs and scoring.

Used it to score my sourdough, worked great. Small and the blade folds away, imbedded magnet makes it easy to put on fridge for easy access.

This lame is not lame. It is much easier to use than others I have tried. Good for typical scoring of soudough loaves, and great for fine work to make your bread look fancy.
