Not working, defective product
Sorry for my previous feed Product. It is working fine some issue with my TV. Now it is working fine.

My product is not working and Amazon doesn't not have return or replace option instead we need to visit sounce website to raise any grievance, I have filled the form therewith my invoice uploaded. its been more than 10 days i didn't recieved any acknowledgement. No response whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SOUNCE. I appeal Amazon to not enlist brands which does not have customer satisfaction and sell faulty products, my 700โน has been wasted.

Worth buying it ( some guide too in my review please read that )
Whoever wants to buy this product , go for it this product is good and the quality of it is good and if you want to connect headphones to your tv you can use it but sound will come too high so you need to buy an aux extension cable with volume control to control volume ( I don't know whether it will work or not but according to chatgpt it should work as digital signal is converted to analog ) . And the issues which people are complaining about like sound distortion can be fixed by choosing PCM or Optical in tv sound settings and first always check to choose PCM or Optical and don't connect your headphones without turning that on as it can worn out your headphones and don't choose other digital audio outputs like dolby digital plus only choose PCM or Optical . And the fiber optical cable is also good but the length is short . You will also get a cable with it and you can power it with your tv's usb port or with an adapter.

Very useful product sounce digital to analog converter
This product works great. You can definitely buy it. My old 2.1 channel home theatre speakers came in use with my new tv at just โน 600. You can buy it without any worry.

Don't buy this. Waste of money.
Its a waste product, doesn't have any sound processing capability. Smart TVs can handle multi channel to stereo processing by itself. This product creates static sound disturbance, also overridea TVs volume control. I have switched back to TVs rca, which is much better than this nonsense product
