Great pulley system for my workouts. I was happy with how easy it was to install it. Cable seems strong.

Well made single wheel pulley blocks. Good swivel connector on block. Pulley itself is quiet and reasonably durable. The quick links are tightenable such that they don't easily pop open. Small diameter cord or coated cable will work well with these.

Making my rack a functional trainer
I bought two of these to make my rack into a functional trainer and it has worked great.If you have the lay pull row attachment to hook it too.It works great as I expected I gave it 4 stars ⭐️ in stead of 5 only because when using the pulley low the cable can get between the pulley and the housing if it was a narrower housing it would be perfect for this application but still works great.When hung from pull up bar it has never come off the pulley.Great product absolutely changed my workout 👍👍👍
