This is THE ONE
If you are looking for a headlamp, with blacklight capabilities, that can also clip to a hat or headband, BUY THIS HEADLAMP! It’s also rechargeable. Out of the 5 I own, this is the only one I use. I pass the others out to my buddies, but this one stays on me. It’s small enough to forget it’s there, and the light is bright enough to guide my night bank fishing excursions.

UV Fishing Cap light
Works very well and is a great choice to throw in your wading gear or night fishing equipment. Very basic functions, and the UV light does a nice job lighting up anything fluorescent like fishing line and bobbers. However, the build quality matches the price tag, so I don’t expect it to last more than a year of normal use. I would really like to find a better quality version with a USB-C connection.

Great for work and personal use!
First, the price is great considering that it’s actually a pretty solidly built little light. I was worried about the build but after receiving it, it actually exceeded my expectations. I run heavy equipment for work and tend to work nights. When hard hats aren’t required, I’m almost always wearing a hat and found regular headlamps to be somewhat annoying and inconvenient. I decided to buy one of these and it’s been well worth it! I typically charge it on my commute to/from work and it’s always enough for the shift. If I’m just walking and need some light to avoid obstacles, using the dimmer mode helps to extend the battery life. The clip itself is very secure, I’ve only once ever had the light fly off when I whipped my head around too hard/fast. But normal activity and even light running from my experience hasn’t ever caused it to fall. I do like the full range it has, it makes it easy to read/write, work on something, or walk.I use this thing so often that I now find myself sometimes reaching up to my hat brim to turn it on when I don’t have it equipped LOL. Very handy, great to keep in the car whether you’d use it daily or not as it doesn’t take up much space, especially for the price! Great gifts for anyone you know who wears brimmed hats often!tl;dr: Great price for the features and battery life! Light and easy to use.

Love them!
I regularly purchase these little lights with the expectation they may not last while in storage for over a year until hunting season returns. Every year I am absolutely amazed that these little lights still continue to work years down the road. With a price being so reasonable, if I accidentally lose one or it were to eventually die it would still be worth its value. These little lights provide ample light for hiking, hunting, fishing, or any other outdoor activity you can think of. I have yet to have one die while in use due to the extended life of the battery. Easy to charge with a light indicating when it has completed its cycle. I would highly recommend these little lights to anyone. Most of my hunting group now religiously carries one of these lights and a spare just in case they exceed the battery life. However, that is yet to happen. Great quality. Excellent price.

Outstanding cap headlight
I do really like this light. I have a heavier head light that has a battery pack on the strap that is WAY brighter than this one, but this one gives me enough light to walk around at night or light up door locks, read something, etc.Mine came with a very adequate head strap, but since I almost always wear a billed cap, I prefer to just clip it on. The clip grips very well so it won't slip off too easy. The way it's hinged, it works better clipped ON TOP of the bill for walking. If I clip under the bill like the picture, for me at least, it's pointing down too much. The design makes it very adaptable though.I REALLY like the way it is chargeable with any USB connection, so I don't have another little charger to keep track of.On BRIGHT it lights up the ground very well for walking. I can see across the yard OK, But I don't think it would be very safe at night on a bicycleunless you just want to let folks know you're there. BRIGHT is fine for reading or working on something. On DIM the battery lasts MUCH longer, but it won't be much good for very many things. The ultra violet position will show up pet pee on a carpet in a darkened room, or a scorpion AT NIGHT, but it's really not very bright. What do you use the strobe for? (but it's there)All in all, I really like this light weight, well made, very handy little light. If something ever happens to it, I want another just like it.The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is that the switch button on mine, at least, doesn't change from red to green when charging is complete (like the description). It just goes out. And it doesn't glow in the dark.UPDATE SAME DAY: I just charged it with my smart charger instead of a power brick & the green light DOES come on. ALSO, after placing it under a light for a bit, the switch DOES glow in the dark. So I'm adding a star!

Mine has a short.
Seems to operate awesomely. Mine, however, came with an obvious short or displaced wire and I’m required to lean something heavy on the wire while it’s charging. Might be just my experience. I have too many various hat lights to bother sending it back and I’ll find a better way to rig it. Otherwise, it seems good. Try it for yourself but in my experience, when buying hat lights, it’s better to buy 2-3 different ones at the same time as problems like this (or bulbs going out almost immediately) are pretty common across the board. Not to shill but I also ordered an Everbrite that came as a 2 pack (I clearly didn’t read properly, as I was pleasantly surprised) that is working amazingly and as the manufacturer intended.
